By accessing or using the Hopkins Foundation store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We work hard to display products, colours and prices accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen accurately reflects the final product. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and will notify you if an item is unavailable. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

A portion of the profit from each purchase is donated to our charity partners. Donation amounts are determined by us and may vary by product and promotion. Purchases are not tax-deductible donations unless expressly stated.

Member pricing and rewards points are offered at our discretion and have no cash value. We may modify or discontinue the rewards program, and points may expire in line with program rules.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, graphics and text, is owned by or licensed to Hopkins Foundation and may not be used without our prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Hopkins Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
