Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Receive instructions
We’ll email you a return authorisation and the return address.

Send it back
Post your item back in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Refund or exchange
Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
The fine print
- • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer\u2019s expense; faulty items are covered by us.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- • Sale and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
- • Your donation contribution from each order remains with our charity partners.
